Thank you for your interest in Blue Angel Cafe and Catering. We are excited at the opportunity to cater your event. All of our menus are simply great ideas. Feel free to design your own. If you are on a strict budget, let us design something that will fit your needs.

All menu prices include platters or chaffers with sterno fuel and serving utensils, disposable flatware, glassware and cutlery. Upgrades are available. All menu prices are based on drop off service only. Additional fees will be charged to add service staff, upgraded plate ware and silverware, glassware and linens.

All events require a 50% deposit to confirm the date and time. Final guest count is required 10 days prior to the event. At which time, the guest count may not decrease but you may increase the guest count up to 48 hours in advance. All deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation should occur, written notice must be submitted 60 days prior. The Blue Angel Cafe is not responsible for weather or event party delays. If a cancellation occurs due to weather, the payment and deposit are transferable to another date. If a cancellation occurs 7 days or fewer prior to the event, the client will be responsible for all charges in full. Certain menu items are subject to seasonal availability.

We reserve the right to offer substitutions if products are not up to our level of quality. Due to fluctuations in food costs, all prices are subject to change.Sales Tax of 7.75% and Gratuity of 20% will be applied to all prices listed. In event your event requires the services of staff, the following rates will apply:

Lead Server (4 hr. minimum) $40.00 per hr.
Off-Site Server/Bartender (4 hr.minimum) $30.00 per hr.
On-Site Server/ Bartendar (4 hr. minimum) $25.00 per hr.
Chef (4 hr. minimum) $80.00 per hr.
Cook (4 hr. minimum) $40.00 per hr.

As part of our consulting service we will search our list of resources to help you with recommendations to meet most of your event needs, including:

Rentals of tables, chairs, equipment and tenting
Photographers
Floral arrangements
Wedding cakes and bakers
DJ/Musicians
